Q: How quickly do items ship?
A: I ship within 3-5 business days of receiving an order. If processing times are extended for any reason, I will include that information in a banner at the top of my site!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently I only ship to the United States. However, I am hoping to expand my shipping to Canada soon! Check in again later for more info.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: Materials vary between pieces. Some common materials for me include glass beads, polymer clay, stainless steel, and nickel-free alloys. Individual item listings include all of the materials used, but you can always reach out via my contact form if you have specific questions.
Q: Do you make custom jewelry?
A: Absolutely! I love making variations of previous pieces, or totally unique pieces just for you. Please reach out through my contact form for a consultation and quote for custom jewelry. I require a nonrefundable $10 design deposit, which goes toward the final cost of your jewelry, in order to compensate me for the time spent designing your custom piece.
Q: How do I take care of my jewelry?
A: Although polymer clay pieces are durable, there are several steps you can take to make sure they stay beautiful for a long, long time:

Remove before swimming/bathing

Gently wipe metal components to prevent tarnish

Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotion
- Wipe polymer clay pieces with a dry or lightly damp cloth to remove any dirt
Shipping Policies:
Once I ship your order and provide a tracking number, it's out of my hands! In other words, I am not responsible for what happens when USPS is in possession of your package.
I cannot provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages, but I always ship through USPS Ground Advantage, which includes insurance coverage. I am happy to help you with filing an insurance claim through USPS for lost or stolen packages.
However, if an item arrives damaged due to negligent packaging, I will repair/replace the item and pay for all return shipping.
Refund/Return/Repair Policy:
All of my items are final sale! If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please reach out through my contact form! Otherwise, I am unable to process returns at this time.
I want my pieces to last you a long time, and sometimes a little maintenance is required. If a piece breaks from regular use, I will happily repair it for free.
